Event pricing and information 

We are pricing this event with an 'honest fee' policy, which asks you to pay within the descriptions of the categories below. This is based on the Green Bottle Economic Sliding Scale by Alexis J Cunningfold. The conference prices are based on what the event costs. In the event that it seems that profit might be made, the extra finances will go towards the subsidised rates, to make these more accessible to those who would benefit most.

There is an early bird and a standard rate for the full event, and a single rate for all other ticket types

Subsidised rate:

If you struggle to maintain access to needs such as housing, food, childcare and are living 'payday to payday' or are in significant debt, you probably belong here.

Mid rate: 

If you are struggling to conquer debt or move away from 'payday to 'payday' living but have access to steady income and are not spending most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs, you belong here

Top rate:

If you are able to pay for 'wants' and spend little time worried about securing necessities in your life, this price is for you.

All rooms are double rooms for single occupancy.

Day rate includes tea and coffee and the lunchtime finger buffet. An evening meal can be purchased if required.

We are following the venue's refund policy, and as we are a disparate group of people for whom the revenue is entirely based upon ticket sales for this event, we cannot afford to be personally liable for cancellations. Therefore the refund policy is as follows:

50% refund upto 6 months before the event

25% refund 8-25 weeks before the event

10% refund 3-8 weeks before the event

0% refund 0-3 weeks before the event

In the event that you need to cancel we are happy to help advertise your place to others and in the event that is filled you will receive a refund at whichever level the replacement person is paying
